Satellite TV Station	Satellite uplink services are licensed by the Malta Communications Authority (MCA). Information on the applicable licence fees is contained in Annex 1 of the application form by MCA.
Purchase of Driving Training Aids	The purpose of this eForm is to enable a client to purchase a choice of Maltese or English Highway Code booklets or dual-language (Maltese/English) CDs to assist the candidate in preparation for their Theory and Practical Tests. This is additional assistance in conjunction with the training given by their authorised instructors.
Gaming Parlours No Objection Certificate	When seeking the Gaming Authority’s (GA) approval to host gaming devices applicants also need to present the necessary permit covering the premises from the Planning Authority (PA).
