Title	Description
Pedestrian Crossings	This form is used by local councils to apply for zebra crossings, raised zebra crossings or pelican crossings.
Protective Measures (Crash Barriers, U-Bars, Pedestrian Railings and Bollards)	This form is used by local councils to apply for crash barriers, u-bars, pedestrian railings and bollards to ensure safety for the public.
Public Service Garage Transfer Inter Vivos	This form is to be filled in order to transfer a Public Service Garage (PSG) permit on a new owner.
Public Transport Drivers Tag (Garage Hire Vehicles & Horse Cabs) (DPA-13)	This form is used when a driver intends to start working as a chauffeur for hire or reward.
Daily Commuter Travel Card	If you travel frequently between Malta and Gozo, the Daily Commuter Card is ideal for you. Valid for 3 months, the pre-paid Daily Commuter Card offers very advantageous rates.
Frequent Travel Card	As of 1st June 2004, customers will be offered the choice of availing themselves of a Frequent Traveller Scheme when commuting between the islands. The Frequent Traveller Scheme will be applicable to either the individual in conjunction with any standard car (under 5 metres), or to a standard car to be used with any driver (the latter option may be particularly suited to the needs of small businesses sending different sales reps to Gozo). The photograph of the driver or the registration number and make of the car will be shown on the pass as applicable.
