Annual Returns and Annual Accounts Form (Voluntary Organisation)
By law (Subsidiary Legislation 492.01) every enrolled Voluntary Organisation is obliged to submit the Annual Returns and Annual Accounts by filling in the Annual Returns and Annual Accounts forms in accordance with Subsidiary Legislation 492.01).
Centre for Voluntary Organisations
The Volunteer Centre serves primarily to foster and develop volunteerism in the community as a whole as well as support small and medium sized voluntary organisation in their operation. In general it will support 4 main areas: the promotion of volunteerism, capacity building for effective local volunteering, provide leadership on issues relating to volunteerism, support networking between Voluntary Organisations (VOs) and connect people, and serve as a base from which small and medium VOs can operate.
Enrollment with the Commissioner for Voluntary Organisations
Voluntary Organisations, in accordance to the Voluntary Organisations Act (Cap. 492 of the Laws of Malta) are required to enrol with the Commissioner for Voluntary Organisations.
Events Calendar for Voluntary Organisations
An events calendar is provided to promote events and activities organised by voluntary organisations (VOs).
NGO Centre Booking Application
The Centre for Non-Governmental Organisations is to promote cooperation among various voluntary societies and to promote their interests.
Small Initiatives Support Scheme
The Small Initiatives Support Scheme is an initiative supporting projects that fall under the following objectives: •To stimulate co-operation and networking between voluntary organisations. •To provide a consultative forum that can effectively address issues related to the Voluntary Sector. •To provide a platform from which to develop co-operation between voluntary organisations and the Government. •To promote and encourage a culture of volunteering and the participation in volunteer activities. •To foster co-operation in the volunteer sector.
Training Programme for Voluntary Organisations
The Training Initiative Scheme (TIS) programme helps volunteers improve their skills to undertake the voluntary work skillfully, ethically and efficiently establishing a minimum competency that all volunteers are expected to obtain, raise the level of professionalism in the services and initiatives implemented by voluntary organisations (VOs) within the community, and raise awareness about VOs, their voluntary work and the voluntary sector in general.

Youth Voluntary Work Scheme – Host
Provides a volunteering experience for young people. The specific objectives pursued are to: i) Promote the participation in the community as an active citizen. ii) Improve the level of key competences and skills of young people, including those with fewer opportunities. iii) Foster quality improvements in youth voluntary work. iv) Promote an intercultural dimension with a non-formal approach.

Sharing Lives is a service that focuses on doing outreach for volunteers who can befriend persons with disability.

Organise a Clean-up Event in Gozo
The Ministry for Gozo is inviting the general public and/or voluntary organisations to organise clean-up events around Gozo. The Ministry will be supporting such clean up events by providing materials and other support that may be required.
