Elderly Home Admission Contribution (EHAC) Calculator
When one is admitted into a Residential Home, fees and charges apply in line with Regulation LN 259/2004 - State Financed Residential Services. A financial assessment is required for the purposes of these regulations.

Professionals may refer persons with disability to Aġenzija Sapport services. The first contact for all services is with Social Workers.
Civil Union Certificate
Civil Union Certificates may be requested in an extract format or in full. The extract includes the main details pertaining to the act in question, whilst the full version includes all details.
Declaration Required for the Purposes of Sec. 4.2(a) of the Civil Unions Act, 2014 - RZ2
10 days prior to the civil union, and after having completed RZ1, the couple should complete this form confirming that there is no legal impediment or any other lawful cause why the civil union should not take place. Two forms of the RZ2 are to be submitted. One should be signed by the bride and another by the groom after making their declaration on oath or solemnly affirming that there are no legal impediments to the civil union. The oath has to be taken and signed by them in the presence of a Commissioner for Oaths.
Declaration Required Under Article 7(5) of the Marriage Act - RZ2

Free Status Certificate Application
Free Status certificates certify that no act of marriage in relation to an applicant has been registered in the Public Registry of Malta between specific dates. Each certificate costs €5.15.
Marriage Certificate Application
Marriage Certificates may be requested in an extract format or in full. The extract includes the main details pertaining to the act in question, whilst the full version includes all details. Extract certificates cost €2.60 and full certificates cost €10.25.
Request for Publication of Banns for the Purposes of Sec. 7 (4) of the Marriage Act - RZ1
2 or 3 months prior to the marriage, the couple should make a request for the publication of marriage banns at the Public Registry. In this form the bride and groom give all details requested by the Marriage Registry regarding the forthcoming marriage. This form is to be signed by the couple.
