export control - Application procedure for information on goods list (AzG)
The information on the goods list (AzG) is a product-related technical report. It provides information that the goods described in this AzG are not covered by Annex I of the EC dual-use regulation and / or Part I of the export list. Applications for an AzG must be submitted with an appropriate application form. The application must be accompanied by technical documentation and data sheets in duplicate. Online application for authorization of import and export of protected plant and animal species under the CITES Convention
The Federal Agency for Nature Conservation ( BfN ) handles the approval of the import and export of protected animals and plants in accordance with the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora ( CITES ). This concerns the issue of permits for the import and export of protected animals and plants, parts of protected animals and plants, products produced from protected animals or plants. The project implements the media-breaking electronic application.
