Diet Planner - diet tool
A free a diet tool from the Norwegian Directorate of Health and the Norwegian Food Safety Authority which allows you to compare the energy and nutritional content of food items, and to compare the energy and nutritional content with dietary recommendations.
Norwegian Food Composition Table (FCT)
The food database shows the nutritional value per 100 grams of edible food. The tabel has data about more than 1400 raw food items, products, prepared food items and dishes. The food items are placed in eleven main categories and associated sub-groups. You can select and compare the nutritional value of food items.
Core Journal
Kjernejournal (Summary Care Record) gathers selected and important information about your health. This is particularly useful if you need urgent medical assistance.
Digital medical certificate
Some ill-registered workers can now receive and send the sick leave electronically to their employer. The sick person receives a notification by SMS or e-mail with a request to log on to nav.no. Here you can see the sick leave and send it to the employer. (In Norwegian only)
Changing your regular GP doctor
Everyone who wishes to do so, may have a regular GP. The majority of people who reside in Norway are entitled to a regular GP. You may select and change your regular GP doctor yourself by either logging in to «Min helse» or ringing 800 HELSE (800 43 573). You may change your regular GP twice per calendar year.
My recipes
If you have received one or more electronic prescriptions (e-prescriptions), you can see which prescriptions, medicines and items have been assigned to you and how many are available at your pharmacy or supplier.
Report side effects of medication
If you have suffered from adverse effects after using a specific medication, you may report this by completing and submitting an online report form. You can also report on behalf of your family members. (In Norwegian only)

Compensation of patient travels
Patient travel is transportation to and from publicly approved medical treatment. Primarily, you should arrange your own travel and apply for compensation of travel expenses afterwards. You may apply for compensation of travel expenses electronically or via the paper-based travel expenses form.
