SIGALE - Licenses of arms transfer and export
Companies wishing to export or transfer war material and related materials must obtain a license through the SIGALE System (Export Licensing Information, Management and Administration System) prior to the signing of any contract and before the physical export of defense products. This on-line approach makes it possible to file and modify applications for arms transfer and export licenses (accessible if you have an operator profile validated by the Administration). It also allows operators to declare their intention to use a general license.
