Ebaalnidan is an online Complaint Management System for lodging complaints related to any violation of child rights under the Commissions for Protection of Child Rights (CPCR) Act, 2005, with the National Commission for Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR). The complainant is informed about the action being taken on his/her complaint through the email/SMS and also can view the latest status of complaint by accessing the eBaalnidan. Identity of complainant is kept confidential.
