Applications for parallel trade in plant protection products
The State Plant Production Service under the Ministry of Agriculture examines submitted applications for the authorization of plant protection products in the same way as trade and takes decisions on the issuance of a marketing authorization for analogous plant protection products
Provision of information via internet on EU international trade measures and calculation of duties and taxes on-line
LITAR browser enables to browse and receive on-line daily updated information about tariff and non-tariff measures (EU customs duties and taxes, national taxes (VAT and excise), tariff and non-tariff quotas, restrictions and prohibitions) and via internet to simulate import or export transaction for particular commodity automatically obtaining information about duties and taxes to be paid and on applicable non-tariff measures
Services related to licensing documents for road transport activities and permits for the international carriage of goods by road
This service is provided to enterprises with a type of road transport activity license issued by the State Road Transport Inspectorate under the Ministry of Transport and Communications, a European Community license or a European Community permit.

The service is intended for economic operators executing import, export and transit formalities for goods, to submit customs declarations electronically.

The service is intended to electronically order customs permits and certificates necessary for the execution of import, export and transit formalities for economic operators.
Customs warehouse, import and export terminal services.
The goods of the legal entities and natural persons registered in the Republic of Lithuania or foreign countries are protected in the customs warehouses and the import and export terminal of AB Lietuvos gelezinkeliai. We provide cargo handling, temporary storage, loading and unloading, cargo weighing, sorting and shipment services, we carry out other usual processing operations of goods stored in a customs warehouse or import and export terminal, or allow them to be performed by persons who have the right to dispose of protected goods, we declare customs clearance of customers.
