Access General Management Consultancy (GMC) Services Portal
The General Management Consultancy Services Portal (GMC Portal) provides a convenient platform: for general management consulting firms to apply for inclusion into the list of consulting firms managed by the Efficiency Office of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and to update profiles of firms; to assist Government Bureaux and Departments in procurement of general management consultancy services; to share information e.g. a firm's profile.
Apply for Business or Branch Registration
It is obligatory for you to supply the personal data as required by the relevant form for new application, amendment or cessation. If you fail to supply the required data, your application / notification will not be accepted. The personal data provided by you will be used for tax and business registration purposes and may be made available for public inspection pursuant to sections 19 and 19A of the Business Registration Ordinance (Cap. 310) so as to enable any person to ascertain whether a business is registered under that ordinance and the particulars of the businesses so registered, in accordance with section 19B of that ordinance.
Access Companies Registry Electronic Incorporation & Filing Services
Welcome to use the electronic filing service provided by the Companies Registry. A full scale electronic filing service covering 84 specified forms is available at the e-Registry portal. You may deliver specified forms and related documents required for registration under the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong) and the Companies (Winding Up and Miscellaneous Provisions) Ordinance. The Registry has also developed the “CR eFiling” mobile application for registered users of the e-Registry to submit application for incorporation, Annual Return and commonly filed specified forms to the Registrar of Companies for registration using smartphones and mobile devices anytime and anywhere.

Access EMSD Web-based Registration Services
EMSD Web-based Registration Services (WBRS) provides various types of online applications for both individuals and organisations. With the Easy Sign-on function on MyGovHK, you can now directly access WBRS by just logging into MyGovHK after linking up your existing EMSD account with MyGovHK account. You can also access other online services through this single account. Each EMSD account can only be linked up with one MyGovHK account.
