Applying for rehabilitation service
Rehabilitation service can be applied for a disabled person, in order to support his/her ability to cope independently, social integration and employment or commencement of employment.
Applying for special care service
For the person who needs a special care service, a rehabilitation plan must be prepared explaining the need for special care service. Application for special care service can be submitted by a person himself/herself or his/her representative. After the submission of application, the most appropriate service provider shall be selected for the person in need of assistance in cooperation with the Social Insurance Board, a person in question and service provider.
Viewings of prescriptions (Health Insurance Fund)
Information about persons prescriptions can be viewed by health care providers (incl. hospitals, family physicians, dentists, etc.) and pharmacies.
