HDC Rental Housing Maintenance
HDC Rental Housing Maintenance. The Housing Maintenance Programme ensures that all HDC rental housing is free of defects, and that all the electrical, plumbing and structural work within the property is properly maintained. A request for maintenance can be submitted by completing a Maintenance Request Form.
HDC Housing Defect Liability
HDC Housing Defect Liability. The Trinidad and Tobago Housing Development Corporation provides "Defects Liability Cover" for the owners of new HDC homes. This service helps ensure that all new home owners are satisfied with the quality of their new unit and that any contractor-related defects are rectified shortly after purchase.

HDC Home Rental Payments. Tenants of the Trinidad and Tobago Housing Development Corporation (HDC) are required to make monthly rental payments for their accommodation.
