In order to access the Government services that are available online, you must complete the registration process by visiting a ttconnect Service Centre with your ttconnect ID and any two (2) of the following forms of Identification / Documentation:. Obtaining a National Identification Card. A National Identification (ID) Card is issued to a citizen or eligible resident when they register to vote. A Commonwealth citizen 15 years of age or older, whom has resided legally in Trinidad and Tobago for a period of at least one year immediately preceding the application.
