Citizens of Trinidad and Tobago must apply to the Immigration Division of the Ministry of National Security in order to:. All Trinidad and Tobago passports issued, renewed or replaced after 24th January, 2007 will be machine readable and are valid for a period of 5 years. For more information, please visit the Immigration Division's website or contact the Division's Offices or Sub-offices, which are open Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:00 pm, except public holidays.
