Rehabilitation Requirements - Investment Maintenance of a Public Green Area or Individual Content within the Area for Individuals
Requirements for repair of paths, playgrounds, sports grounds, staircases, support walls, ramps for inalids, handrails, installation of protective stairs, restoration of bench and fertilizer, restoration of greenery and other contents within public green spaces maintained by JKP Zelenilo-Beograd.
Inspection of compliance of the foundations
The contractor submits to the body a statement on the completion of the development of the foundation, accompanied by a geodetic record of the foundations. Upon receipt of the statement, the competent authority shall carry out the control of the compliance of the built foundation and issue a written confirmation thereof. If the competent authority determines that there are deviations, it immediately informs the construction inspector with an order to start the suspension work.
