Request for issuance of notifications and / or documentation from the register of the property and legal department	This service is enabled to issue: - notification of acts and the delivery of certified copies of acts adopted by the local self-government, which are in the register of the property and legal affairs department; - confirmation of the payment of the purchase price of the apartment as a whole, for the purpose of registering in the real estate cadastre; - confirmation of the specification (physical structure) of the building / apartment (only for objects built before 1948, which were / were in use by GO Novi Beograd)

Report from official records of state property	Notification of acts issued by the local self - government for the cadastral parcel of the old diameter (land register) that are in the records of the Department for property legal and housing affairs.
Issue of extract from technical documentation (specification of space)	The certificate on the specification of the space shall be issued by the act of the Department for Construction and Public Works and investment design within 15 (fifteen) days from the day of submitting the proper request of the client.
Issuing location information (for citizens) - GRAD ŠABAC	Location information is an act that contains data on the possibilities and limitations of construction on a cadastral parcel, or on several cadastral plots, based on the planning document. Location information is not a required document and is issued at the request of an interested person.
Confirmation that the cadastral parcel in public ownership that joins the adjacent plot does not meet the requirements for a separate building plot - for citizens - GRAD ŠABAC	Based on Art. 78 of the Ordinance on the content, method and procedure for the preparation of spatial documents the competent authority shall issue a certificate confirming that the cadastral parcel in public ownership that is attached to the adjacent plot does not fulfill the conditions for a special building plot, and that the smaller area of the parcel to which it is attached
Confirmation of the parcel / pre-placement project (for citizens) - GRAD ŠABAC	Building plot is formed by division or merging whole or parts of cadastral plots, that is, subdivision or recycling to the minimum prescribed by the planning document or the rulebook on general rules for subdivision, regulation and construction.
