Upon receipt of the request to the Secretariat for Communal and Housing Affairs, the Secretary of the Secretariat shall forward it to the competent department, which, if necessary, shall contact the competent enterprise or institution that should provide information on the possibilities for resolving the request.
Submissions on the issue of wastewater disposal for natural persons	The purpose of the procedure is the planning and realization of communal and housing affairs. Upon receipt of the request to the Secretariat for Communal and Housing Affairs, the Secretary of the Secretariat shall forward it to the competent department, which, if necessary, shall contact the competent enterprise or institution that should provide information on the possibilities for resolving the request.
